That's right no time to rest and relax, back to the usual hard training next week, there's another grading coming up. Remember to practise, practise, practise!

Students whom are wanting to participate at the up-coming UKTKF Championships, and forgot to see Sensei John at the end of Grading today, please make sure you email Sensei John as soon as possible the deadline for us to have the forms sent in is the 2nd March so don't leave it too late.

We'd love to see you all attend the UKTKF Championships and support the Club.

Congratulations to everyone who took part in the grading today. Sensei Mo, Sensei John, Sensei Myk and not forgetting Sensei Julia all thought you were fantastic!

A big thank you to Sensei Mo for his time and guidance a true master of Shotokan Karate in which we all look up to and proud to be under his teaching.
