Congratulations to all the students who passed their grading today. You've all worked hard and it really showed to everyone watching. Remember, even though you've now moved up a grade you must still keep practising your Kata's and basics stances at home, just as hard as you do in the dojo otherwise you'll fall behind. Keep up the good work. Oss.
There will be a normal class held before grading this Saturday. Everyone is expected to attend whether their grading or not. Please remember you must practice at home as often as possible to enhance your karate standard. This includes sit-ups, press ups, stamina and endurance training. It is not enough just to train in the Dojo once or twice a week. Only students that have shown dedication and effort with their karate will be asked to participate with their grading assessment. Oss.
