It's Christmas but don't forget to take a few minutes out from eating all those mince pies and fruit cake slices to practise your stances and stretch while enjoying the seasonal holiday, as Sensei Myk repeatedly tells us all in the dojo "The way you train is the way you react" Oss.
Reminder: Can all students ensure to cut back all their toes nails before coming to the Dojo as students and Sensei 's are being nicked by lazy students coming without keeping their toe nails short. This is not hygienic nor pleasant to be on the receiving end. All Sensei will be doing routine spot checks next year and those students who are not keeping their nails cut back will be asked to sit out from sessions until their toe nails are dealt with accordingly. Let's all try and keep our club standards high and injured free for all to see in 2014. Oss.
We now have a confirmation of the up coming UKTKF Championships for 2014. The event will be held on Saturday 22nd March however the venue is still yet to be confirmed. For all students interested in participating in next year's Championships please see Sensei Myk to collect the entry forms which need to be completed and returned as soon as possible. Oss
In adddition to Thursday sessions closures over the seasonal holiday period there will also be NO TRAINING on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Saturday sessions will NOT BE AFFECTED.
May the clubs Sensei's take this oppertunity to wish all our students and their family a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
Sensei John is pleased to confirm the following dates will apply over Christmas period.
However due to Bramhall Tennis Club closure over the Holiday period the following dates will apply to our Thursday sessions.
