It's with great news that we are able to confirm that Sensei Kawasoe will be returning to Brighouse Club for another open course in June. It's a fantastic opportunity to get up close with our master Sensei Kawasoe and to learn from one of JKA best instructors. We can not stress the importance, that if students are serious about progressing with their karate then attendance is crucial. The fee for attending Sensei Kawasoe next open course on June 29th is £10 per student. Please confirm with Sensei John if you wish to attend the course as soon as possible. Oss.

A big thank you, to all our students who were able to attend along with Sensei John to show support from our dojo at the open course with Maseo Kawasoe in Northbridge Leisure centre in Halifax yesterday.
The open course was an excellent opportunity for our students to get up close with Maseo Kawasoe teachings as it wasn't as busy as we had thought. We hope everyone who attended the open course in Halifax will bring back some insightful tips to help enhance their training and progress further. (Sensei Kawasoe can be seen in the middle of the group photo.)
We have managed to arrange a course in the Manchester area with the Chief Instructor of our organisation Sensei Masao Kawasoe 8th Dan on the 5th May 2012. Times, cost and venue yet to be advised however this is a great honour and not to be missed. As students we must support our club and as a club we must support our organisation and its teaching. It is essential that we attend these events as it is rare that he comes to the Northwest, more often when he is not abroad his courses tend to be located in Scotland, London or Wales. Let's take this opportunity to learn from the Master and show him our dedication to the art of Karate. Stay tuned for further details. Oss
